On training day, we facilitated the Automation Strategies with Purpose, Beyond the Scripts masterclass.

It offered a space to reflect on the foundational aspects we should consider when approaching automation, going beyond simply choosing the right tools. We discussed what to automate (and what not to), how to better define and communicate our strategies within the team, and why planning automation as an integral part of the development process is essential. One idea resonated throughout the session: effective automation starts with good conversations.
